General admission tickets
General admission ticket purchases are final sale and non-refundable once purchased.
Our general admission tickets have no expiration date.
Tickets that have already been redeemed cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.
Gift certificates
Gift certificate purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
If Jungle Land cancels
If Jungle Land is required to close unexpectedly or cancels an applicable admission period, affected customers may be offered a replacement admission date, or store credit, as appropriate.
