Guests may enter 10 minutes before the party starts — please remind everyone to arrive on time.
Want a longer party?
Party times generally can’t be extended. Exceptions may be possible for Giraffe, Lion or Jungle Fever bookings in the last slot of the day (5:30 – 7:30 PM) — or book two parties back-to-back for a 4-hour event.

Payments
Party payments are non-refundable — cancellations receive non-expiring store credit instead.
Rescheduling
Illness or family emergency? Rescheduling is permitted, even on short notice. All requests in writing.
Package changes
Upgrade anytime based on guest count and availability. Downgrades aren’t permitted.
